BRIDGETTE LESAR P.T. - Owner of Fernley Physical Therapy. She graduated with a certificate in Physical Therapy in 1987 from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Since then, she has been in private practice and hospital-based therapy in the Reno and Fernley area. She has served on the Nevada State Board of Physical Therapy from 1999 to 2004. Treatment strengths include orthopedic based injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and acute injuries.
HOLLY BERGMAN P.T. - Received a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Since then she has worked with a wide variety of patients with Orthopedic, Neurological, and Vestibular problems. She has been working at Fernley Physical Therapy since 2000.
Cortney Durand P.T. - Cortney is a Nevada native who received her BS in Health Ecology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011. Her research completed with colleagues while receiving her doctoral degree, "Development of a scale to assess fear-avoidance behavior due to falling: The fear of falling avoidance behavior questionnaire (FFABQ)," was recently accepted to be published in the August 2011 issue of PTJ. Cortney's interests include both orthopedic and neurological physical therapy.
GEORGE S. TEER, P.T. , Cert. MDT - George graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1997. He has worked in a variety of settings including hospital, outpatient, and home health care. George has experience in neurological and orthopedic injuries as well as aquatic therapy. He has received advanced training in the treatment of neck and back pain and has been certified in the mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine by the McKenzie Institute in 2005.
